Refund & Cancellation Policy – Belper Shows

At Belper Shows, we strive to provide a seamless ticket-buying experience for live music, theatre, and performance events in Belper. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing tickets.
1. Ticket Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable except in the circumstances outlined below.

We are unable to refund tickets due to change of mind, illness, or inability to attend.
2. Event Cancellation

If an Event is cancelled, Belper Shows will notify you via the email used for booking.

You will be offered either:

A full refund for your ticket(s), or
-
Credit or exchange for a rescheduled date, if applicable.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days.
3. Event Rescheduling

If an Event is rescheduled, your original ticket(s) will remain valid for the new date.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled Event, you may request a refund within 7 days of the rescheduled announcement.
4. Partial Attendance

Tickets for multi-day events or festivals cannot be partially refunded.

Tickets for group bookings are treated individually unless the Event is cancelled.
5. Lost or Forgotten Tickets

Belper Shows is not responsible for lost or forgotten tickets.

If your ticket is lost, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will advise on any replacement options, subject to Event promoter policies.
6. Payment & Refund Methods

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method only.

Bank or card processing times may vary.
7. Changes to This Policy

Belper Shows may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
